The grounds surrounding the Sentul International Convention Center have been transformed into a sea of purple, with many hundreds of fans flocking to the Bogor venue for tonight’s Justin Beiber’s concert wearing the international pop sensation’s favorite color.

Many of the fans, who call themselves Beliebers, have been at the venue since 10 a.m., a number of whom are wearing purple T-shirts, while hotels in the area are reportedly fully booked with families making the most of the Easter weekend.

A number of enterprising individuals were making a killing hawking unofficial Beiber merchandise at the venue, including one woman who was using the proceeds to help cover the costs of buying tickets for her two children.

“I brought 100 Justin Bieber’s t-shirts from home. Thank God, I have sold 70 pieces,” Ika told news portal Tempointeraktif.com. She added that she was also offering Bieber bags and phone pouches.

The concert is a sell-out, with all the tickets, which sold for Rp 500,000 ($58) to Rp 1 million, snapped up within hours of going on sale.

On his Twitter account, the Canadian pop star wrote, “Indonesia is so #BEAST!! I can tell it’s gonna be a good show tomorrow. #myworldtour.”

Vivanews reported that Beiber and his entourage rented the entire floor of the hotel where he is staying. The name of the hotel was not published.
