Justin Bieber has made this year's Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
Other celebrities to be named include chatshow host Oprah Winfrey, Glee star Chris Colfer, royal bride-to-be Kate Middleton, Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg, singer Bruno Mars and Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively.
After the list was published, Bieber was quoted by The Sun as saying that he thought the number one spot should have gone to Charlie Sheen. He said: "He's got a million followers in one day on Twitter - I've never seen that happen before. Plus he's got tiger blood and he's always winning."
The teen star's mentor Usher has said about him: "He was born a star. He knew what he wanted to accomplish; all he had to do was get everyone else to believe it."
Bieber recently revealed that he would love to pursue a career in acting, saying: "I definitely want to do more acting, and further my career in that area, that's something I would love to do."
Taylor Swift, Robert Pattinson and Lady Gaga were all included in last year's Time list.
