Other notable entries on the list include Justin Bieber, Mark Wahlberg, Matt Damon, Colin Firth, President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The real fun of this list is that most of the entries are accompanied by an essay by a notable friend or admirer. Poheler's Parks and Recreation costar Aziz Ansari writes hers ("Amy Poehler is my hero"), Ted Turner interprets Oprah, Jamie Oliver talks Michelle Obama's commitment to health-awareness and novelist/earthly delights expert Jackie Collins takes on Prince William and Kate Middelton. On Weiner, Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss writes, "He is the greatest boss a girl could have, but even more valuable than that, he is also the greatest friend." It's all very A-list schmoozy.
