Bieber spent much of Thursday evening at one of his favorite go-to design houses, Dolce & Gabbana, where he hosted the Madison Avenue boutique's Fashion's Night Out party with his manager, Scooter Braun. While there were many gorgeous females (and models like Karen Elson) making the rounds, Selena Gomez was conspicuously missing. That said, during the event, Bieber only had eyes for one girl: Gossip Girl dad Matthew Settle's toddler daughter, Aven.
Settle brought his special date to the D&G party, proving Fashion's Night Out is for all ages (and that he's definitely getting his daughter started at a young age on the fast track to high style!). As for he and Aven's run-in with host Justin Bieber, the Gossip Girl star revealed to Holly Baby, "Justin Bieber kissed her wrist and tickled her belly. Amazing... He's really cute, she's really cute."
